I spent hours and hours in review hell wondering if I should get one of these couches. I settled on this one and it was an excellent choice. If you’re going through what I went through, honestly just get this one. Price: my out the door price, including local tax & everything, was $360 Comfort: this couch is firm, as other people have mentioned! I personally like it-it’s still very comfortable to lay on and feels supportive, but it’s not a sink into it couch. Shape: this picture is taken like 12 hours after it was removed from vacuum seal. It honestly took its full form basically instantaneously and hasn’t grown much. Shipping: very fast, came several days before the estimated delivery. It also came in a single box for me! I think the larger variants come in two boxes. The box is very heavy, you will almost certainly need help or a pulley system. Color: some photos of the green made me scared it would look like the Grinch got skinned. Instead it looks lovely, modern, and upscale. Highly recommend. Height: This is a bit of personal preference, but I like how low it is. My boyfriend 6’2” and finds it very comfortable to lay down on and sit on, you will need to place it against a wall or maybe get more pillows because the back is low, you won’t feel supported with just the back. This L-shaped modular sectional is everything I hoped for and more. The modular design is fantastic and I was able to rearrange the pieces to perfectly fit my living room layout, and it's easy to more each section individually. The plush corduroy fabric feels soft and luxurious, and the upgraded material is breathable and easy to clean, which is great for kids and pets. The chaise lounge is extra spacious and comfortable, and high-resilience foam and springs give it a cloud-like feel that makes relaxing, watching TV, or hosting guest an amazing experience. I absolutely love that it did not require assembly, making it super simple and convenient. The couches came in 2 boxes, I just had to cut open the plastic, and it expanded within an instant. The couch is sturdy, durable, and firm as it offers a lot of back support. I slept on the couch and it was comfortable to sleep on during the night. My feet slightly hangs off the chaise just a tad, therefore, I wish it was a bit longer for extra comfort. Overall, I would purchase again and again with no regrets. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The pillows never fully expanded after opening them and are still as flat as pancakes, two weeks later. The sofa itself is so low to the ground that it feels more like a soft but firm air mattress than an actual sofa. One of my biggest concerns is that the sofa arrived vacuum-sealed, so I have no idea how I’m supposed to return it in its original packaging. Can someone please provide instructions on the return process and how I can receive a refund? I really wanted to like this product, but it did not meet my expectations at all. At this point, I’m trying to figure out something, anything, I can use it for. The only purpose I can think of is as a floor cushion or nap mat for small children. Since I don’t have kids, it’s unfortunately a complete waste of money for me. I would appreciate information on how to return this item and obtain a refund. ... show more

Literally opened the box less than an hour ago. Impressed. It's firm but has some give. I'd say it's comfortable. It was less than 300 bucks! Worth it! I purchased the right facing in 96".

Pictures are deceiving, Pillows give illusion that the back is taller then it is. This is a good dorm or child’s play area couch. I am using it in the back of my camper. It is comfy to sit on with added pillows for back support and head support. Also has springs in it not all foam if that makes a difference for anyone. Also I though I order the lounge side for the right per the picture, It description is when facing the couch not sitting on it so be careful when ordering. Luckily it works out anyway but I really wanted lounger on the Right when sitting on couch. Lesson learned ... show more

Very good couch, it's affordable and it doesn't have cushions that can get debris stuck under very easily. It's pretty big but at the same time doesn't seem to take up much space. Great for studio or one bedroom apartments. It puffs up very quickly. It also very comfortable. Definitely a great deal
