Love this couch! I ordered chase with ottoman..Put in spare room that has become a TV room. Arrived in 3 boxes, boxes are heavy but one person can move them around... This couch is amazing! Great quality for the price and it inflated to full size almost instantly. By the next morning it looked very fluffy. This picture was immediately after opening. It feels very sturdy to sit or lay on. The arm rests are very sturdy and comfortable. The accent pillows are comfortable and a nice touch. The texture is very cozy and it has zippers to take off and wash when needed. Very good buy. Will buy again for a different space for sure. ... show more

It’s big, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable — especially for my hypermobile body, hip issues, and sensitive nervous system. I love that it came fully assembled and set up almost immediately when it came out of the box. No hassle at all. It’s also perfect for families: my kids can have a sleepover and it comfortably fits two big kids. This couch is so wonderful! I’d never purchased a “boneless” couch before, and was nervous to buy this one even though the reviews are great. Not only did the couch come early (yay!) it also was incredibly easy to set up. Just open the package and boom - out explodes a couch. These photos were taken not even 20 minutes after set up. I bought the camel color, which is a pretty neutral that could easily pull a muted brown or a more beige-ish grey depending on your decor. The fabric is comfortable and unbelievably cozy (weenie dog approved), and it fits perfectly in my space. The ottoman easily turns the couch into a sleeper sofa or dual chaise situation, or can stand alone, so it’s very versatile for my smaller space. Best purchase ever. It is firm and doesn’t feel like you’re sinking into it, while also not feeling like a rock. I’m obsessed. Just buy it!! Can’t be sure how it’ll hold up over time yet, but it feels like a solid piece of furniture and does not at all seem fragile. ... show more

I love this couch. So comfortable and looks gorgeous. For being a frameless couch it is very sturdy. Easy to put together, but have to wait 72 hours for it to fully come together. I did have to get slip-resistant pads other than that perfect. Firm but so comfy and soft

I was a little nervous at first when my husband suggested a “boneless” couch. I wasn’t sure it would hold up well and we have 4 kids so having a couch that is functional for the whole family is necessary. This couch FAR exceeded my expectations! It’s been a few weeks now since we received it and it is actually super sturdy! I love that the seats have Velcro on the bottom so it makes it more difficult to move. A lot of people seemed to complain about how low the couch is but for a family with small children it really isn’t a big thing. The cushions aren’t low just the back rest of the couch because the couch itself is not low. The couch completely fluffed up after about a week since my kids were using it right out of the box. At first I thought it was terrible but just wait for it to fully fluff before you decide because that definitely changed my decision. It does deliver in 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days but the seller sent the tracking numbers right away so it’s easy to see when they arrive. I love this couch and I’ve never been happier with a couch ever! If I ever need to expand the couch I will definitely buy more pieces from here again. ... show more
