I spent days looking at this couch online and reading reviews before deciding to take the plunge and buy it. I will first talk about shipping. It arrived in two shipments, two days apart. The ottoman arrived first as it came from California and the couch pieces arrived in a second shipment as they came from Canada. The couch pieces are heavy but I was able to get the up to the second floor of our townhome by flipping the boxes up the stairs. It was a fabulous workout! As everyone else has stated, unboxing is easy but you do have to be careful when opening the vacuum packaging. Once you let the air in, they open immediately. As others have stated, the is a FIRM couch but we LOVE it. You don't sink in to it but it is comfortable. The entire couch is made of high density foam so that is why it is firm to sit on. As you will see in the photos, you will probably need to put pillows to bolster the back if you like to sit on it as well as lounge. My husband is a lounger and I sit more upright, and the pillows definitely help with back support for me. Be sure to measure as it is quite big, even though it says two seater you can fit 4 people on this thing. Its a good looking piece of furniture and I really like how it looks in our living room. Our older couch was dark grey and we went with the Camel colour and I am glad that I did. The camel has a grey base so it goes well with everything else and overall brightens the space. Overall, so far we really like it and we are happy with the purchase. I will update my review in a couple of months for an update on how the fabric is holding up to daily life.

Amazing couch! I’m a college student and was looking for a cheap but good quality couch, and this is perfect! Inflates very fast, but let it rise for the 72 hr time period. Very affordable compared to every other couch. Overall very comfortable. Pretty firm but that means it will last!

Much more firm than I anticipated, but being a boneless couch I can understand why it needs to be. My kids love it, it’s easy to move around. I wish the back was higher, the back cushions will eventually develop a fold midway through because they don’t have enough support but for now it works. Easy to clean, it’s a great size. Packaged well, arrived over two days in 3 boxes (maybe 4, I don’t remember).

This is an excellent couch! It’s firm, but comfy. The sleeper is more firm while the couch part is a little softer. The couch looks great after its expansion period. It does take about a full 72 hours to fully expand. It’s usable before this, but less comfortable.

In Love and Would Buy Again!

To say I’m obsessed would be an understatement! This boneless couch is larger than I expected while still fitting perfectly in our military housing apartment. Our entire family of 6 fits on it at once, and it’s so comfortable I could easily sleep on it. With 4 young kids, we didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on a new couch but we also wanted style and comfort. This is a great option. I love that the covers can be removed and washed (though I imagine that’s easier said than done) and the fabric seems to be water-resistant (my toddler promptly spilled a small amount of water on it within a few hours of unboxing). Also, it inflates within minutes, not days! The attached photo was taken within 10 minutes of all pieces being unboxed. I do wish that the back of the couch was higher as others have said, but I love it so much it still gets 5 ⭐️ despite that. Would buy again and again!

Just as advertised. Ordered on a Thursday night and was delivered by Saturday morning. I live in a 4th floor walk-up and I carried it up myself; easy to set up. I didn't want to go through moving a heavy couch in the future in case I moved so I got this couch. The wide arm rests are great, the foam quality is nice and firm, it could be a little too firm for some but for the money, quality, and how easy it was to get delivered, its a great value. I got the camel color, looks good.

Buyer Beware

I purcahsed this order to arrive on a Friday. That way my work scheduled was aligned. However, the date changed 2 more times. I tried to hold the package but the attempt was unsuccessful. Once i recieved the package i was initially happy with the chaise part of the sectional. It is full and looks fully expanded. However, the left side of the sectional is shorter. The arm rest is visibly shorter as well as the height. I did see another comment were a customers had a similar experience, but I wasnt aware that this is a common defect. The measurements do not match the the seller's image, which is misleading. Per the seller's response "Due to the manual measurement of sofa size, there may be some errors and it may not fully match the homepage. This is unavoidable. If it does not affect your use, we will refund you $100 as compensation." Im not interested in being compensated around15% for a purchase. I fear the sofa will not last as long as I'd like it to. I have not sat on the sofa as the instructions read to allow 72 hours inflate. I am disappointed that the defects are noticeable. I am looking into returning my purchase. The seller is responsive, but I am just unhappy with this purchase. I feel the measurements should have a disclaimer. In the video I have the measurement tape extended to where the height should approximately be. The color is as expected. Im uncertain the firmness since it is lopsided. Maybe a better sofa for a small apartment or children's room. Update after further reviewing the sofa i found several corners did not touch the ground. Customer service continues to try to negotiate a discount in order for me to keep the material. They offered replacement parts, but I do not want this sofa after seeing.There is a chance of potentially receiving defective material. Customer service even went as far as to tell me to sell the material to neighbors or colleagues for $300. Which was still not cover the cost of the sofa. Several corners do not touch the floor which tells me that the sofa did not fully expand and is defective. I am still waiting for the seller to reach out to arrange the pick up but had to give my personal address. As amazon will not help.
