I was worried since theres not a lot of reviews and ppl stage reviews and blah blah, also because after I bought it, I was reading more about the description and the comments/reviews, and I got worried that it maybe was like a kid's playroom tiny couch, because I noticed one of the reviews said that they put it on a pallet, and that's when I realized there's no feet on it. So I was confused on how stable or quality could be if it came from the box without feet? But I got the black plush with the left facing chase and it came in 2 boxes. 2 different shipments to tracking numbers. I wasn't supplied one of the tracking numbers, so I only got one box at first with the first section, and got worried and called Amazon, and they said they'd reach out. Apparently since both sections are boxed differently in the same sized boxes, there was a funky way that they had to send a different shipping number through email or something. But it didn't really matter, because within a day of contacting amazon, the 2nd one had arrived already. Ordered on the 17th, delivery said between 19th and 23rd, First box arrived on the 19th and second box arrived on the 22nd. I'm amazed at how they pulled it off. Such a stable bottom from a box pressed couch. But I have 0 issues with how stable it is, it's like a solid spring compressed matress box spring on the bottom. Above, the solid bottom is the squishy foam for the seats. It doesn't sink and the back is extremely low however, it's perfect for me. The pillows are pretty decent and both the pillows and the couches covers come off with zippers so thats awesome for my dogs. I was gunna get covers but i dont need to. Dude these are cute and dreamy. Unfluffed totally within 24 hrs, i jumped all over it to un-press it cause the directions said to hit it from all angles. I have no words like im almost speechless. Im never buying a giant "quality" normal couch again, this is so modern beautiful realistic and comfortable. Id sleep on it tbh. Cant say how long it holds up but for now im on cloud 9. I got plush and the fabric isnt wrinkly like in other reviews. Ima buy this again and again and again for years bc im never getting a normal overrated couch again. (Probably not really but i want to) Lovelovelovelove Idk how else to explain how much i love it. Exceeds expectations by miles and miles and miles Dont go back and forth just buy it, i shoulda bought it weeks ago instead of staring at it contemplating. DO IT And no smell, almost forgot, super important This is my next family heirloom Update Its 2026 and its still great 0 dents or like caving. I did notice that if you try sitting directly on the seam you will be sucked into the void crack, but its not really an issue I am small and it really only happened twice. For the record, it inflated further after these pics^^^ the pillows got less flat too. I still love it and have gotten so many compliments when people sleep over about how nice it looks and how omfortable it is. I moved just recently and have a weird shaped living room, so i had it in a place where it wasnt up against a wall-- even without a wall behind it, i had no issues like falling back or anything with the short back. I stand by the heirloom comment, but with my new place, its too wide and awkward (the rooms fault, not the couch's) so im gunna have to get a love seat. I was a little nervous ordering a big piece of furniture like this from Amazon, especially since I’m in Belize, but the ALTRIGUS sectional arrived with no problems—shipping was surprisingly smooth. This couch is so comfortable, especially for the price! It was very easy to set up, open the box pull it out and open the plastic. Poof, instant couch. It says that it takes 72 hours to a week to fully expand, mine was fully expanded within 24 hours. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. It is surprisingly firm for a memory foam couch but my whole family has taken turns falling asleep on it and said that it was very comfortable to sleep in. I do have four dogs so I would love to have a better pet friendly fabric option but so far is holding up to the challenge. ... show more

Bought this for the grandchildren to use in the playroom. Its hard as a rock to sit on...they dont seem to mind but I wouldn't recommend. One of the reasons I chose this was the removable cover so I could wash it but it's so heavy (shipping label said about 95lbs each section) that I doubt that will ever happen. If your looking for extremely firm as in you don't make a dent in it what so ever when you sit on it then you might like it. The material is soft (cover). That's the only thing I like about it. Oh and it's so heavy and the fact that it has no feet makes it almost impossibe to move on carpet. I imagine it would be easier on hardwood or tile. I wish I could return. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It came in an amazing amount of time. Sooner then expected. I absolutely LOVE this couch! Money well spent! Way better then I was expecting honestly. The build is great its very sturdy/nice and firm but comfy! It's not super squishy which I was worried about. It actually scared me when I opened it as it went to size in about 15 seconds! I was quite impressed. It's super soft and perfect height for me. The back is a bit short like in the picture but with the cushions it's not bad it's almost like a slight recline which I like. It was super easy to move into place and adjust. Slides across the floor almost like butter. Even my daughter loves it! I have no regrets with this purchase. ... show more
