For those of you that enjoy fishing and are pretty spontaneous of when you go fishing depending on when certain fish are biting or if they're running up a river then this is the perfect getaway pack to fulfill those emergency or spontaneous fishing trips! I think many can relate to the fact that we also have buddies who enjoy fishing and will spontaneously call us out of the blue to go fishing with them! This is another perfect situation to have this particular kit! First of all this comes with a very nice Fishing backpack which can hold your fishing pole as well as all of your fishing tackle! They provide you with a small tackle box with several lures as well as weedless worm hooks and weights and swivels as well! They also provide you with several different types of grubs that you can use to jig off the bottom of a pond or lake! In addition they provide you with some handy fishing pliers, a fish hook remover and a fish mouth grabber! They pretty much give you everything you need to make your fishing trip a memorable one! I have to say the backpack definitely stands out the most as it is a super durable and rugged backpack! It fits pretty much everything you need for a day of fishing and has several pockets as well where you can store additional items such as your cell phone, wallet, a bottle of water, etc! Overall, I have to say you really can't beat the price of this particular Fishing backpack package because it literally comes with everything you need for that fun day of fishing! This is definitely probably one of the better deals I've seen on amazon! I’ve been fishing the local spots around Park Ridge and the Des Plaines River for years, and I’ll admit, I’m a creature of habit. I still find myself reaching for my old, clunky plastic tackle box out of instinct, but those days are officially over. Lugging a heavy box across muddy banks or through the brush at the Skokie Lagoons is just a chore I don't need anymore. This backpack setup is a massive upgrade. The build quality is really impressive—it feels rugged and durable, not like some of the "budget" bags that start fraying at the seams after three trips. One thing I really appreciate is that this is a true adult-sized pack. It’s got the right frame and strap adjustability to actually be comfortable for a full day out, though it’s simple enough that it would be a great way to start a younger angler off with the right gear. The versatility is what sold me. You can add or subtract gear depending on what you’re targeting that day. If I’m just doing some quick shore fishing, I can keep it light, but there’s plenty of room and extra straps if I need to hitch on a first aid kit or extra supplies for a longer trek. It even has a dedicated spot for pliers and a rod holder, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to navigate a narrow trail without tripping over your own feet. Everything feels well-thought-out, from the waterproof material to the way the compartments are organized. It keeps my lures easy to get to and my hands free. Honestly, if you’re tired of the "one arm longer than the other" feeling from carrying a traditional box, this is the way to go.
