The panel came with a substance that feel like oil spilled on the back, I try to cleaned but as you can see in the picture it just smeared on the surface, and one on the latch was broken and I have to fix it with my pliers. That's why it is scratch. And it had some dead bugs on the panel, so how a doble box item that is inside a carrying bag get bugs sticks into the panels? I purchased this item because it had the same specs as the Renogy 200 W suitcase, at a lower price. It came with a lightly padded case and several different charge adaptor cords (which was nice). First order came with a shattered panel (shipping box has zero padding). I returned this. Second order arrived intact, but with a bad charge controller. A great and easy plug and play solar panel! Easily charges all my small devices and slim enough to be stored on the side my of car. Handle is sturdy and allows for easy movement. Hooks make it easy to tie off and suspend from tents. A small feature that I find incredibly nice is the indicator light (it glows red) that turns on when the panel is getting enough sunlight.
