We bought two of these folding e-bikes for travel. Took them out for a 5 mile ride and loved them. Two days later, we were not able to turn key on and it appeared battery was dead. This is my first e bike and I was nervous about how to put it together. Everything went together fine, and so far I did some expected adjustments to the brakes after my first ride. I was not scared to switch powers or gears because its pretty easy and does not lurch crazy forward like my husband's ebike. Right now Im trying to figure out how to turn on the headlight, and am in contact with tech support, but overall, this bike seems to be what was promised and mostly already adjusted. I am not sure yet, how many miles I can go on this battery because there are lots of big hills in my area. ... show more

Updated - Seller has corrected the description of hydraulic to just disk brakes. I have used this bike for about 10 miles now and really like it. The gears shift smoothly, the brakes work well, and I like the motorcycle like accelerator. The display is smaller than others but is very readable. Written all over the description for this ebike it states that it comes with Hydraulic Disk Brakes; it does not have hydraulic brakes; they are simple cable disk brakes. I really dislike sellers not being truthful in their descriptions, especially on safety items. I reached out to the seller for a response, and after a week, I have not received a response. ... show more

I ordered this bike on big prime deal day. The bike arrived sooner than expected. It was packaged with care. It came about 90% assembled and took me about an hour to finish. I made sure everything was in place and tight so I took my time with the final stage. Came much sooner than it said, and has been a blast so far. Goes fast and is good on battery life. My only complaint so far is when i hit bumps, the seat moves up and down, and tilts, no matter how much i tighten it. I am about 200Lbs.
