I ordered two of these bikes. One for my wife and one for me. I was surprised at how well they are built. Heavy steel frame. Assembly was easy. I’m 6’7” 280lbs and this bike fits me very well, but my 10 year old son at 5’3” 90lbs can also ride it (but not fold or lift it well, it is too heavy for him). The construction is SOLID and I feel like the weight limit should be rated well over 300lbs. I’ve put over 150 miles on it so far and it works flawlessly. I’ve been on some really fun rides with big hills and haven’t been able to run the battery out yet, that being said, my farthest ride was 25 miles round trip. The best part is I can fold it and it fits in the trunk of my car (see picture). Great design and overall great product. The front disk break was bent when I received the bike and the customer service sent a new one out to me quickly. My only complaint is the breaks aren’t that great overall so I plan on upgrading them to a higher quality aftermarket breaking system (Edit: I bought the Xtech HB-100 semi hydraulic brake calibers on Amazon for $41.99 and this thing has great stopping power now. Very easy install). This bike has far exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve read other reviews about the customer service but I had no issues when i contacted them about the bent brake rotor. ... show more

I love the bike i just wish it had 4 inch tires as it was advertised. So far ive had zero issues and ive only had to charge it once! Love the paint on the inside of the wheels….wish it came with a small basket too….and the charging cable could be longer.

This Ebike is top of the line. I ride to work when the weather is nice which is about a 12 mile round trip and this gets me back and forth with ease. Super happy with the speed of it, hitting about 30 mph. The ride is super smooth with its suspension, having the headlight and brake light makes it very convenient for night time riding. I did have a small issue with the headlight, but customer service was very prompt in diagnosing and fixing the issue. They really went above and beyond and was there for more every step of the way and answered all of my questions. With this being a foldable bike also makes it extremely convenient as sometimes I'll ride to work and get a ride home with my boyfriend, so we are able to load it into the back of the SUV. I highly recommend this EBike to anyone that is looking to get one, not just for the bike itself but the great customer service as well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love this bike, I'm 6,2 and 275 lbs and it rides me comfortablely along with my two year old! tires are sturdy, charge last a long time even with throttle at max speed 5, I can get it up to 28 mph with just me on the bike also added some turn signals to make it a bit safer also. And I love the colored lcd screen better than my son's lcd screen on his more expensive bike ... show more

    • Slow up even mild hills and cheap brakes and tires though otherwise pretty good.

This was my first Ebike and it is fun to ride, but the brakes seem cheap and the tires that come with it are very flimsy too, I got first flat tire 10 minutes into first test drive, and another 2 weeks later. I ended up replacing the tires with heavier duty ones plus added some green slime sealant to innertubes and not have a flat since then. The heavier tires did lower the range and speed a little. Also the brakes keep loosing up and I have to tighten the cable every 2 or 3 days or they stop working entirely. Speedometer and odometer is not accurate either (even before replacing tires) and reports about 10% faster speed and distance than it actually goes. I measured multiple times with GPS apps on my phone. I'm 205 pounds and it got up to around 24 mph on level ground with just electric throttle. Pedaling is pointless above 20 mph or so in highest gear. Even a very mild 1% or 2% or so slope will slow it down to around 15mph- 18mph and a steeper 10%-15% or so grade will slow it down to like 8mph unless you pedal to help. Go a little steeper than that and it can't even move at all without hard pedaling. I use it to commute to work and back and there are mild hills on way to work and back and at 205 pounds max range was 16 miles before I replaced tires and 14 miles with durable tires. After that the display starts fritzing out and blinking and showing and it gets very hard to pedal even in lowest gears. Pros: Arrived mostly assembled and was easy to finish rest on arrival. Control and modes easy to use. Folds easily. Most everything but the brakes and tires seems solid and well made. Pretty fast on relatively level ground. I Cons: Does not handle hills well at all so lost a star for that since listing says it handles hills easily. Cheap brakes that need adjusting every 2 or 3 days. (this is biggest flaw safety-wise) Flimsy tires. Inaccurate speedometer/odometer. Much lower speed and range than advertised but size and weight and hills do effect that. This is a low priced ebike and obviously it won't compare to higher priced model but the cheap brakes are a flaw to be aware of. Also it's weak torque makes it slow up hills, I am going to upgrade soon to a ebike with good brakes and good on hills, still researching that. ... show more
