This bike has been awesome! I’ve got about 80+ miles on it and it been working well, after comparing features of other brands, this ebike has a bigger motor, higher amp hour battery, and more features for half the price of the name brands. Quality is good, ride is great, this bike sits high I’m 5’7” with the seat adjusted to get a good leg extension while pedaling, I have to tippy toe to reach the ground. I like being able to go into the settings and adjust them to my liking. The 4” wide tires are great for on or off road riding. I was surprised they offered me a free rear basket when I registered for the warranty. Customer service has been great. I’ll be buying another one for my wife soon as she loves riding it too! The only minor problem I had was the derailer needed some adjustment to keep it from skipping into a different gear than what I selected. Love the blue color, also that it folds and fits inside my Jeep Liberty. ... show more

I might increase the stars pending more adjustments. ***(Added a star for customer service!) Also adding... the basket instructions are minimal so, tips: Fit the screws into the parts prior to trying to assemble. They are not test fitted and can strip easily. Leave them loose once started so you can move the frame to fit the remaining parts together. Then go back and tighten like you do lug nuts. Then? Well, I'm not sure what the slat parts were for. There are drain holes in it, so make sure you bottom that part of the frame. There's nothing to tell you how to attach to the bike, so I put the screws in top down so that if a nut falls of at least the weight of what's in the basket might hold it. Sitting the length position, the batter isn't allowed to be removed, so there's another design flaw. Sitting in wide position, it makes it hard to lift a leg over to mount the bike. It took me longer to assemble and mount this than it did to assemble the bike. I'll add the video from my phone if available. Customer service has been excellent to deal with tho, so the minor flaws in design I think I'll just live with. Or modify at a later date. I still have the settings to deal with as well... complicated a bit. First the bike did come packaged very well. But, there are still a couple of scratches in the bottom and center weld areas where it rubbed. Nothing a little touch up paint won't fix. I had it together and trash cleaned up in about 45 min. Not bad for not having worked on bikes in many years, but I did have some experience. I'd guess anywhere from an hr & 15-2 hrs without prior experience. Unlike other reviews, I don't believe it takes 2 ppl. Just be careful inflating the tires as the zip ties were too tight and made adjustment of the beed necessary as it was being inflated. Also, do some research on the types of control. These lunge! In my opinion making them dangerous to just jump on and ride. Their instructions do warn to research prior to purchase, but that's too late. Now there are settings that can be tweaked, but I haven't quite figured them out yet. P0 to p20 something is in the instructions, but the controller only has 20 I believe. Some of the details should also explain more on how they work together to get the bike to stop lunging and retain the ability to use the throttle and pedal assist. With one of the p settings not matching what's on screen makes it even harder to try and figure out a lower start off help (the bike is heavy and doesn't start easily with normal pedaling so I need a little assistance but that lunge is too strong. I did cut it some bc when pedaling it doesn't kick so hard so? Maybe I'll figure it out? Next due to it being condensed for folding, the seat sits over the pedals and any one that has ridden semi pro knows the pedals should be in front of the seat and legs should extend fully for best ability. So I adjusted the seat as far back as possible and that helps. Also, due to the clearance I had hoped to raise the seat to get the leg strength, but then I can't safely get on and off. I'm 5-4 so according to the listing I should fit it fine but it's a bit of a struggle. 32" inseam just for your knowledge. The center bar and seat are close. One other thing. The fat tires make it a bit stiffer to stear so be aware. Oh and the back rack has no front or side holes for straps for a saddle bag. I'd consider replacing the seat for a banana seat with a sissy bar if I didn't get on and off tossing my leg over the back. Oh the cables don't all have clamp tips either. The break screw heads also rub the spring and cable running into the hub. ... show more
