The media could not be loaded. Wanted to wait to write this review, now that I have over 500 miles I figured I could provide a more accurate review. Very easy to put together with two people. Got delivered right to my door step. The breaks are super squeaky and have had to tighten them a couple times, but not a big deal. Back seat works great for my kiddo who’s 7. I’m 5’4 135 pounds and we both ride great on it. Had to saw off 2 inches on the seat pole so it didn’t sit too high. Max speed 30MPH, longest ride I’ve done was 26 miles. Battery could have gone even further and this was straight throttle. I have added a bell and a mirror along with some lights for night time. I also keep bungee cords on my basket incase I need to strap anything down. This bike turns a ton of heads, especially when there’s 2 people riding. Rides smooth. I use this on all types of terrain and haven’t had any issues. So far, best purchase I’ve made. I use this on a daily basis to get around town and ride on our trail system. I’ve never drained the battery completely but it takes about 4-6 hours for a full charge. I ride normally in gear 4 which tops out at 23mph. I rarely ever use the pedals, only if I’m going up a steep hill to give it a little assistance. If you’re thinking about getting one, totally do it!! ... show more

We loved this bike... bought end of July 2024. Stored for the winter (Oct-March) got it out for spring, rode it maybe 10 times. Broken. E bike mechanics can't get parts, customer service is nonexistent. I have contacted seller, we will see what they do about it...

Was nervous buying, it was a little difficult to put together. You only put together the front side of the box, back rest, and peds. Make sure the peds are tightly on, because one day we did lose one. We love this bike and we get a lot of compliments on it. Definitely worth the price. I recommend buying extra tires. Also my 10 and 5 year old fit on the back seat. So it’s big enough. Also my cooler fits in the back if you need to put things on the back seat just bunge cord ... show more

Update #2: The company has contacted me, and is working to get it fixed. If the fixes don't work they've promised a refund of my money. Now to find a bike shop in my rural area. Update #1: The bike has stopped working. The battery has either stopped working, or the charger is faulty. I have had the bike for under a month, and it's been put together for less time than that. Previously: It's a great bike. At 5'4" it's a bit of a stretch, but smaller would have likely been too small. I can get up to almost 29mph, and it's sturdy. Assembly was a pain in the butt, as the instructions didn't include some things. I'm not sure if they thought it was common sense but, as someone who has never built a bike, it was a pain. I also can't get the screws out to install the seat back. Even someone at Ace couldn't help me remove them. This bike is heavy as heck, too. If you think you can easily throw it in the back of your car and go, think again! All in all I love the bike. I just wish I didn't have to use a Dremel to get the bolts out, so I can get the secondary seat back on. ... show more
