This is my first time my wife has ever ridden an e-bike. Wile putting it was easy to assemble we found some connectors had been crushed. Cybervelo worked with us step by step to replace the cables with instructional videos on how to run the wires and replace hand brakes and even offered to pay for a bike shop to fix. No need though it was easy to do ourselves. Once fixed we went out for a 20 mile bike ride. The bike is fast and fun to ride. The seat is spring loaded and very comfortable. The bike hardly used up any battery and was still over 90% when ride was completed. The quality and functionality especially since my wife is 5’4” makes this bike an d company a very high recommendation. Just received the basket and it’s one of the best well made baskets I’ve seen. Look forward to using it for small shopping trips as well as being able to carry a small cooler to keep things cold. Thank you so much for a great addition to my e-bike. Five stars for great customer service. I purchased this bike for my wife as a gift, and I must say the fit and finish of it is quite nice. The bike also isn’t overly heavy. I was curious about this as I’ve not personally handled one in person. I’m hoping a different bike which I’ve ordered for myself is also as manageable as far as weight. The bike itself was easy to assemble and instructions are clear. I did have an issue with battery that came with the bike, however I messaged the company and went through some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Customer service is top notch and a replacement was sent out promptly, and I was very thankful for the assistance. We love the bike. When it arrived the box had slight outside damage and we feared the worse! After unpacking, we found a slight bend in the frame around the battery compartment. A rubber mallet was used and for most part it’s straightened right out. There was a little confusion on the installation of the front tire.(overall written instructions could improve.). They responded the same day, we exchanged photos, and they promptly sent a replacement. Their exceptional customer service alone makes this company stand out. For a beginner bike it’s ok. The suspension is crap and the seat swivels no matter how much you tighten it thankfully my brother is going to fix it. I haven’t ridden a bike in at least 20 years but I got on and haven’t wanted to get off. Assembly isn’t difficult as long as your focused and following directions.
