Hi, I run warm, so this A/C is so awesome! Sometimes I have it blowing right on me, & then I get too cold, haha. I did NOT mess w/any of the controls, it was taken out of box, & immediately plugged in, already on A/C mode. This product really helps me. I live in the master bedroom, & w/this unit on me, -& also sometimes w/it, a 2nd fan going also, it's so great!! I would say it's not super quiet, nor too loud (for me). It's about as loud as a box fan, mostly, I think. Anyone in menopause, like myself, this unit really helps me. In terms of set up, it was fairly easy, & was delivered w/the wheels already on it! In terms of my vertical sliding window, it fits just right, I had a friend help me, it was not too difficult. & It was boxed very well, when it arrived! A great working, & nice looking indoor A/C. -Just my honest opinion. Thank you seller, & Amazon! Have a great day!

It works, blows cold air and is pretty strong. My daughter has a small bedroom and it got cold fast. We have an issue that her room is the hottest in the house. So this really helps. However. I thought it would turn on and off on its own to keep the room set at a temp. I’ll need to mess with more I guess and see. I don’t like that it beeps when you press buttons and you can’t turn that off. I don’t want to wake up my daughter if I want to turn it back on. Also the pipe is really long. But yes it blows cold air I dont know why other reviews are saying it’s a glorified fan. It goes down to 61 as the coldest option. And it has two fan modes. Speed 1 and two.

I noticed some other people's reviews and thought I need to outweigh their bad reviews with some good ones. This AC unit works FANTASTIC as an ac unit but the User interface is not great. There are 3 modes and it doesn't tell you how to differentiate the modes. I understand the other 2 people were saying that this ac unit doesn't work as an ac unit. That's because they probably have the dehumidifier on rather than the actual AC. I bought this unit, set it up and it worked instantly. It worked so well I bought a 2nd one for another bedroom and it is working equally as well in the other room. Just don't turn on Humidifier. Also I don't know if the other reviewers set up the unit properly. You do have to set it up, you do have to have hot air go out a window, if you don't it's not going to work properly. I chalk the bad reviews up to human error, not because the unit is bad.

The discrimination says 10000 BTU but what’s being shipped out are only 7000 BTU only rated for a 250 sf area. The unit works well, but it’s not as big as being described. Make sure you read the label on the side of the unit.

It’s a well built unit. Bought it to cool the small building, about 10x12 and insulated. This unit was able to keep the temp down to a tolerable temp. The summer temps in this part of Arizona were at the triple digit mark during the day. I do wish I would have bought a larger capacity unit with the dual hoses.

I hope new comments were there before I purchased this... My room is like 150 square feet -.- and tgis thing after all day work made the temp inside from 76 to 70... I put on lowest 61, and still got 70... And is a giant fan making alot of noise. This is not an air conditioner 💀 is just a giant expensive fan... Kind of regret but eh whatever

I dislike the bottom of the box being completely busted out upon arrival! I've been sick& not had a chance to test it to see if it was damaged before me. I will be though, let ya know.
