Peta Jane Back Tanning Applicator - this was a great tanning applicator. It was very soft and a great size and it made it easy to get my back. I have never used a back applicator before but am no stranger to tanning mits. I tried the tanning kit from the same brand and it is the same material. This allows my tanning mouse to get most 9f the parts of my back. I need a bit of practice and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The next morning my sunless tan looked pretty good, a few small missed spots but that was my fault. Overall a good product.

I am often home alone when tanning and need to get my back. There is one area I really can’t reach and I have tried a couple of these. I like this one the best. It is brown so doesn’t get stained. I like that it’s washable and doesn’t absorb the lotion while making sure it’s spread nicely.

But, that's not why I took 1 star away. For $18 - I think this applicator is a little expensive. You'll need to also buy a mitt - since this is only for the back and it's just easier to use a mitt for other areas of your body. The mitt is sold separately as well. I do like the velvety feel of this and it spreads the tanning mousse evenly. After using, rinse and hang to dry. HOPE THIS HELPS!

The description and pictures seem to suggest that the mousse also comes with this back 'towel'. It doesn't! The length of the back 'towel' is a great length with handles. It does apply the tanning lotion well. Love the color of it so it doesn't show the staining. Just wish they were more precise on what this comes with.

This works great for self tanning. I'm flexible, but my back is still a challenge. This helps you easily reach your back for a more even tan. You could probably use it for other areas as well. Decent quality and I like the handles.
