The concept is good but after a few uses the neck of the basen is extremely wobbly and unsteady for the price thy could have use better fittings.. love the product but the design needs some updating I would return it but to pack it and ship it back is way too much hassle wouldn't recommend

This is almost a 5 star product, almost. Here is my feedback, this so far works well for my needs, but I have already learned a few things, see below for details. Installation: this was fairly easy to put together, however, the instructions are lacking in solutions. The bowl was very unstable after I finished putting it together. I took the bowl off and added the washer and that did the trick. They need to add that to the instructions. The faucet also leaks if you don’t add the little plastic washer before screwing that on. The instructions don’t say to do that either. The photo attached is me pointing to the additional piece I added to step 1. I also think it’ll be best to just purchase a shower head adapter to attach to your bathroom sink because 10L of water goes QUICK, and there’s no easy way to dump the used water while in the process of doing hair. This is easy to use, and I like it overall, but not for cost. ... show more

It was easy to assemble as I’m a visual learner. I didn’t realize that it didn’t heat any water. 🥴 the reviews didn’t mention it. The sink it self doesn’t feel sturdy even with all the locks. I recommend placing it near a wall or in a corner if able. Otherwise it is a pretty good start.

Shampoo bowl works like a charm. It's certainly convenient for house calls; for those who are unable to travel to their local beauty salon. I don't believe this is good for someone who have long, thick-coarse hair due to the buckets being the size they are. You have to be mindful of the water usage and make sure you empty the water-waste once you fill it up the other bucket up. The instructions to assemble were a little confusing. I got completely done with building my sink and I’m missing the whole piece that brings the water through the pump, the instructions were not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend getting this bowl at all, now I have to order a portable shower head because I need the bowl and can’t take it down.
