I was a little nervous about trying this out after reading some of the reviews but I'm really so glad I did because I just needed it for when I do my daughter's hair so we don't have to get fully in the shower and all that. It came well packed and secured with all the right pieces and parts it was supposed to have. Nothing was missing or damaged. The instructions were clear and easy to read so we were easily able to get this assembled in no time. When I say we I mean my husband lol. Very easy to figure out how to use this you can read the instructions and have it figured out in no time. I love using this it's so convenient. There are no leaks whatsoever super durable very comfortable for her to put her head in and functions perfectly as intended. This matches up perfectly with the measurements so it fit perfectly in the space we had for it. Amazing quality and stays firmly planted on the ground.. really cannot say enough good things about this if you are thinking about it don't hesitate! Even though I still use the shampoo it’s a little to tall for standard shampoo chair and I do recommend get bigger water tanks I switched mines for 7 gallon trash can made it easier to shampoo hair so I give it a 7 out of 10

Good shampoo basin and a nice bowl for washing hair. My daughter, at times, wants me to wash her hair, so this was a good way to get it done without breaking my back. This product is convenient. A few negatives for me. The reservoirs are small (you can replace them with small trash bins), I used it once so far I had to add water during conditioning (short hair). Also if it came with an immersion water heater it would make it even better (I suggest ordering one separately). For the price not bad. Assembly may be a problem for some. ... show more

The shampoo bowl is functional, and it doesn’t leak, so that’s a big plus. I don’t have to mop up water from the bathroom floor. The assembly instructions are clear, it’s easy to put together.
