The colors are very vibrant and bright, and there is a wide variety of colors. There don't seem to be many repeats, except for white and black. It's not exactly DMC quality, and would probably be better used for something like friendship bracelets or to practice cross stitch or embroidery stitches as opposed to using it for an actual project, but would work if needed. My only complaint is that these are half the size of a regular skien, but I am not going to dock a star for my failure to read the details. Overall, for $4.99, it's not a bad deal. ... show more

These skeins are half the yardage of just about all comparable skeins. The colors are pretty, but this isn't the phenomenal value it masquerades to be.
