Very easy to use. Hundreds of equipment free workouts. One page has approx 6-8 exercise routines that you can vary in terms of reps and duration. I bought a simple tabata or interval timer that vibrates and I clip it on and put music on and do a routine never getting bored bc there are so many. Because i liked volume 1 very much i picked this as well. The idea is but more verity exercises. All exercises can perform easily at home no need equipment and any time of day. Like vol 1 the intensity of exercises adjustable can be from mild to extremely hard and challenging, targeting all body muscles with different options like lose weight or build muscles... .   • Must Have Bodyweight Training Guide!
Even better than the first volume. I almost didn't buy because of a typo here on the Amazon sales page. Be aware this book has over 200 pages not 22 which is what the listing says! Nothing but the best coming out of the Darebee camp.
