Great product, just got it. And hasn’t been out in the weather all that much. The lid is a little it tougher to put on. A soft mallot is a very good a suggestion I took from other reviews! My son helped me press the plastic on the lid hinge area when he was on the inside. Which helped make it easier! I noticed a tiny bit of light coming from a seam on the inside. I may spray some flex seal to solve that issue if it ever is one. We get a lot of wind in our area, other deck boxes we have had have gotten dust, bugs inside before. Hopefully these work better :) ... show more

Flimsy. Probably won’t last in the marina onboard. Single wall construction. Don’t sit on it! Your butt will end up squashing the box cover. Cheesy construction

    • Nightmare to assemble, but it works
I needed extra storage in my backyard, came across this and after assembly was complete, it was perfect. The assembly was incredibly difficult. The hardest part was snapping the lid portion. You have to basically hit it as hard as you can and as careful as you can so that plastic doesn't break. Instructions are only picture based, you have to figure out the rest on your own. There are couple YouTube videos that helped. It comes with hinges for the lid. I honestly didn't assemble them. I just needed something simple that can open and close and you have to assemble that snap part as it is, which was VERY difficult to do. Didn't feel comfortable adding the hinges. ... show more

Replaced storage box that broke down.So far this one has stood up against the elements. My son assembled this in very little time. Space is a problem. Thinking about ordering another one for garden tools.
