They're serious about not putting these in the washing machine. I tried it once, and the weaving started to loosen. If you want a throw rug that's easy to clean, look elsewhere. They are attractive and soft (for a rug). I won't buy this again because I need rugs that I can wash. Dry cleaning is too expensive to keep them clean. ... show more
