Is anyone having issues with the press heating? I’m setting the one I got to my desired temperature and it is not heating up at all. This is the second one I’ve ordered as I’m returning the other and this one is doing the same thing.

I would give this product 5 stars if the heating function worked properly. Unfortunately, it takes nearly an hour of button presses to get it to heat up, which is unacceptable. Ideally, you should be able to set the heat and timer, and have it beep when ready - but that's not the case here. I've searched online, including ChatGPT and Google, but couldn't find any solutions. Given the issues, I'm planning to return it and look for a better alternative. It's a waste of money and time.
