Price was OK. It was made in China so that explains the price. The material appears to be OK, but time will tell the real story. I did note the material tearing at the grommets along the sides when putting on the bungee ties " not included". I had to use two bungee ties because the inner flap locations were about two inches too far from the frame. It's not an exact fit for my "Moto Shade" canopy frame, but I was able to make it work. I will update later as it ages. I had been getting two to three years service from the OEM which I can no longer find. ... show more

I have purchased this previously with no problems, this replacement was ill fitting, after only a month, the rivets were ripped. Will not purchase this product again.

This is a great cover. Be warned, if you are replacing the cover on the 20X10 from Harbor freight, it is a little bigger and by that it fits a little loose. In my case wind kicks up and it makes more noise flopping in the wind, and we had a brief storm which caused several gallons of water to pool in the cover, not fun and not easy to push up and drain.     • Good replacement canopy cover - lasted ~1.5 years in extreme conditions
I bought this in April 2018 as a replacement for my Harbor Freight canopy frame (they do not sell a replacement cover). I am writing this review about 1.5 years later, as I am ordering another one. This one seems to be of good quality and it fit my frame. It lasted this long in the extreme California sun, heat, and extreme winds. For a tarp, that is pretty good life expectancy. This is a good deal for the price and I recommend it. In fact, I just purchased another one as a replacement and I thought I would add my review at this time so I can speak from experience. BTW, you will need a bag of 6" white ball bungees to go along with this one if you don't have any already. ... show more

I purchased the original set that lasted 2 1/2-3 years, the replacement cover did not but 1 year and it started to come a part and fray. It was not of the same quality as the original. The grommets Started coming out the day we put it on

    • Replacement for Costco canopy
I replaced the cover of my Costco 10x20 with this item. It seemed of good quality when I opened. I did notice that the style of this cover is of the older generation of Costco canopy. It is supposed to attach to the upper bar with bungie's. It is to wide to attach securely to the upper rails and keep it tight enough to shed water. My solution was to run a cable below the rail and then attach the top to that cable. It provides a secure attachment and tightens the top enough to shed water. So be prepared to do some extra work and inovation to get this to work. The price is substantially less than what was offered by the company that imports the Costco canopy. ... show more
