I bought this in April 2018 as a replacement for my Harbor Freight canopy frame (they do not sell a replacement cover). I am writing this review about 1.5 years later, as I am ordering another one. This one seems to be of good quality and it fit my frame. It lasted this long in the extreme California sun, heat, and extreme winds. For a tarp, that is pretty good life expectancy. This is a good deal for the price and I recommend it. In fact, I just purchased another one as a replacement and I thought I would add my review at this time so I can speak from experience.     • Great Value for Replacement Tarp
I ordered a 10'x20' and received a 12'x20'. Canopy was very helpful and explained the 12 fits the 10 as the extra width is needed to accomodate my V shape top. Still, I have the regular 1" 1/4" pipe and the tarp is just slightly on the large side. I would guess this tarp has a more tight fit on the heavy duty 1" 3/8" pipe 10x20. Nonetheless, a few extra bungees and I made it work.. Very happy, highquality draw string, reinforced tarp works nicely as my repacement. I be more than willing to make this purchase again and look at other products from Canopymart. Thanks! ... show more

Price was OK. It was made in China so that explains the price. The material appears to be OK, but time will tell the real story. I did note the material tearing at the grommets along the sides when putting on the bungee ties " not included". I had to use two bungee ties because the inner flap locations were about two inches too far from the frame. It's not an exact fit for my "Moto Shade" canopy frame, but I was able to make it work. I will update later as it ages. I had been getting two to three years service from the OEM which I can no longer find. ... show more

    • too wide for my HF carport
about 2 inches too wide. Had to hang weights on edges to pull out slack. Otherwise wind driven rain will pool up. Works fine with weights though. Material and stitching is not as sturdy as original cover.

The measurements fit our frame perfectly. We were going to purchase the tarp from the same company we purchased our frame but it was double the price than the tarp on Amazon.

    • too loose and saggy on my 10x20 just a big hassle
I bought this to replace the top of the carport I bought from costco and this replacement is too big for it. Says its made for 10x20 but its too saggy on my carport and holds the rain in like a water balloon so I don't think its effective in what its meant for. I live in MT and the snow is going to be too heavy for it so I Will have to make shift something to make this top tighter so the snow and rain can slide off like its meant to do. I'm not pleased with this top and doubt that it will make it through the winter. Waste of time and money. Should have just bought a new carport from Costco. ... show more

    • Perfect fit.
Had to replace old cover . This worked just fine. With some effort we got it on and it really makes a difference when your trying to work out side in the heat. It covers the driveway great and it will be a life saver for our yard sale.
