This is a very nice gazebo, and a good value for this kind of quality! This is a 12’ x 16’ gazebo, and is a very quality product. All of the pieces and bolt holes were exactly right, and that made the assembly easy. The instruction manual had no written words, but all of the step-by-step diagrams were clear and accurate, which made the assembly easy. I assembled the whole gazebo by myself with just a little bit of help from my wife to get it started. It was advertised as being gray in color, but it was actually glossy black. The fabric curtains that came with it are gray and I’m sure that’s why it was called a gray gazebo. There was some damage to a few of the roof panels that occurred during shipping, but I was able to press those out pretty well and they are not obvious. We are very happy with it and feel that it is sturdy and will last for many years. ... show more

This appears to be a direct OEM version of the much more expensive DOMI brand—the pictures are identical. It seems several sellers offer this same gazebo from a single manufacturer, and at this price point, it’s a fantastic value. The Bad: I would have given it 5 stars, but I explicitly ordered the Grey version. While the box, description, and pictures all indicated a fully grey unit, it arrived entirely black (though the curtains were grey). I suspect they don't actually manufacture a grey frame and just ship the black one with grey curtains. Amazon gave me a partial refund instead of making me return it, which was appreciated, and it still looks good on my 16x20 deck. The Good: This unit is incredibly well-made and thoughtfully designed for assembly. The packaging was top-notch—each set of parts was meticulously foam-wrapped. The manual leaves a few things open to interpretation, but it's manageable. DIY Tips for Assembly: Time: It took me about 10 hours to build solo. I only needed a second set of hands a couple of times for the larger sections, so it's definitely a doable DIY project if you have patience and basic skills. Tools: Do yourself a favor and use a drill with a socket adapter for the nuts instead of the included Allen wrench, which would take ages. However, keep the Allen wrench handy for a few tight spots on the roof. Roof Corner Trick: When installing the corner roof panels, use painters tape to hold them in place while lining them up. Also, don't try to slide them into the slots; just put the plastic holding brackets on the panel and push them directly into the slots. It's a bit tricky at first, but they are really just meant for initial support. Overall, highly recommended! Just be prepared that "Grey" might actually mean "Black with grey curtains." ... show more

I had no issue with missing parts and everything fit together really well. The hardest part was the roof, but once we figured out what we were doing, it went smoothly. 3 stars because while the Gazebo turned out beautifully it was harder to put together than expected and we had some issues with missing parts. It came in 5 separate large heavy boxes over the course of two days. Instructions are not very clear. And some parts of the instruction such as what to do with the plastic clips that go in the roof (quick tip if you buy - tape the plastic clips to the panel with a small piece of electrical tape to help them stay in place) Put 90% up which took a day and half for two people. Then found we were missing some of the final brackets. Called the company. They said they would send the part. Then the next day the company says they can’t send me the parts because they don’t have replacements and offered me $30. I immediately reached out to Amazon who did find options for me to make it right. Just wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision on their purchase. ... show more

The gazebo looks great once assembled and feels sturdy and well-built. The galvanized steel double roof is solid, and the mosquito netting is a nice addition that makes the space much more enjoyable during the warmer months. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the installation process. Assembly was more difficult and time-consuming than expected, and having multiple people available is almost a necessity. The instructions could be clearer in a few areas. That said, once it's up, the finished product is attractive, durable, and provides excellent shade and protection. If you're prepared for a challenging installation, it's a great addition to any backyard. ... show more

Easy to build although very this roof sheets and top section is a pain in the butt due to not securing them until the end of the step also the little clips labeled z and z1 throw them away they are useless and will make you hate your life also it was damaged on arrival but I'm fairly handy and was able to straighten it ... show more
