When we opened it we found that the milk and sugar set were broken. We were so disappointed. But she loves the rest of the set. She really wants to get that set to complete her set of dishes. These were well worth the purchase. They stack really well, and for the most part they are well made. Only a couple of the bowls were a little lumpy. They are easy to wash, and I haven’t seen any scratches yet. The only downsides are that the dinner plate is pretty large. If you need to reheat something and you have a spinning plate microwave that may be annoying because it may or may not fit depending on the size of your microwave. Also, the plate or bowl might get hot but the food inside it takes a while. ... show more

While this set is heavy & feels sturdy, the actual craftsmanship is a little shoddy. You can see in the photo how the plates are not mold formed, or if they are, they aren't fully cooled before being manipulated. You end up with wavy edges that don't conform to eachother, creating a wobbly stack. There's also small bumps/defects in the glazing, one in particular that bugs me is on the rim of one of the cups, so they probably weren't prepped for glaze properly or maybe were glazed in a non-isolated space. Not too happy for the amount money I spent, but satisfied enough to not return them. For the record, some other dish sets on here are way more overpriced or badly made.
