Works better and lasts longer when cutting 110lb cardstock. Also, it helps to keep your mat cleaner than you would normally when cutting vinyl or stencils. If this info helps anyone I was making into hanging jewelry cards with writing on them. The setting on Cricut that worked great for this project was cardstock with intricate cuts. This wrote once on the hanging cards and cut twice. Using these blades I got perfect hanging cards nearly every time. This is a minor complaint but the blades don't get caught by the magnet in the metal housing as easily as the Cricut blades. With the plunger pushed in using one hand, I just used a small pair of jewelry pliers with the other hand and carefully pushed the knife shaft down until the magnet caught it.

It's awesome for thicker materials but I found it to cut completely thew on fusible ink sheets had to use copy paper settings but over all good quality it fit great into my maker and it was easy to use and they seem to last longer then other brands

These are easy to replace, great quality, sharp, blades and I didn't have any issues with the fit. I calibrated a print then cut on my Cricut and it cut perfectly. Great value for the money and can be stored in the foam they came in.
