I recommend this product to make the product. This works great with tacky glue and is a great material for laser cutting. I used this on my architectural project and was very steady. But it will shrink a little bit when laser so will need to pay attention to that.

As an amateur photographer I show images in a variety of locations. At times have broken-cracked the glass in frame. replacing 16x20 glass can be expensive.
