It did Not smell weird as some springless mattresses have in my past when ordering other kinds. π This is the best mattress for a very affordable price. I will be ordering another one for my family asap. Forgive that the photo is not of entire bed as just moved into apartment and just took photo enough to see that its not some thin pad as some reviews may imply.
