UPDATED REVIEW: It’s now been 7 days and there’s a 2x3’ area that never expanded no matter how much kneading, rolling or stomping I did to get it to release. Unfortunately I’ll have to leave this as a 1 star review as the product was defective and there is no customer support, or even a website for this company. I will be ordering another Zinus foam mattress instead. 2 stars for now, I will update if mattress ever fully expands. So far this mattress has been on my floor for over 72hrs and the middle of the mattress has yet to fully expand.. I have been stepping on it, kneading it, even gave it a couple wallops with a rubber hammer to try and break it up.. the bottom half is firm enough to lay on so I can test if this bed is firm enough for me (I like as firm as possible to support my back) and it feels firm enough, I will also update that when I can actually sleep on it. This mattress feels firm but it is definitely not high quality memory foam, it has a very bouncy feel to it and if you’re sleeping with a significant other it won’t absorb movement much, if at all. I have the 10” thick queen size and it only has about an inch, maybe two of soft memory foam on top. Not enough to make a difference for people that like a softer feel with firmness underneath. I’m 5’9. 200lbs. I’m athletic and have thick heavy legs. Softer mattresses and pads caused my hips to sink and give me excruciating lower back pain. I’m mostly a side and stomach sleeper. I would also get really bad shoulder pain as well. I would wake up multiple times a night from the pain and would toss and turn. I decided to try this mattress and see how it works. I’ve had it a little over a week now and I have to say, I’m very happy I gave it a shot. Although I don’t like how firm it is, my back and shoulder pain has reduced by at least 90% ! I’ve been using this for a month now, it didn’t inflate properly after I opened, I waited for a few days and everything looked normal but when I started using it, it doesn’t feel firm at all. The middle portion got sunk already and I’m getting serious back and neck issues with this. It’s not worth at all, I’m already thinking about replacing this. Very very cheap quality and not at all durable. Stay away from this especially if you don’t want to suffer with all kinds of pains. ... show more
