Great product until it’s not. Purchased in 10 months ago and worked great until a week ago. Coffee machine was great and very easy to use Called customer support since product is still under warranty they required I send information via email. I’ve tried everything they requested and still am unable to get water to run through the machine. For the price I expect a higher level of service. The first machine lasted 1 month, and it was returned and replaced with another of the same. Less that 8 months later that one stopped working exactly as the first one did. 30 day period had expired so could not replace. Water stopped working in the machine. Would not recommend.

Can't say I was impressed with this coffee maker. For the first 6 nonths, it worked fine. After that point, I had to descale on a regular basis. Part of this may admittedly have to do with the water situation in my apartment building, but I always put filtered water in the tank. I never made a full pot, just 4-6 cups for my morning mug. It wouldn't ever brew the entirety of the water in the tank, regardless of how much I put in. It would usually do just barely two cups worth, then end the cycle. I'd have to get up 3-4 times to have it brew again in non-grind mode before I had the amount I wanted in the first place. After a year and a half, no amount of descaling seemed to make a difference. Yes, it's possible there may have been other issues, but I decided just to be done with it, handed it off to Goodwill, and bought a better option for less money. If you're a fan of built-in burr grinder coffee makers, get the Smarter brand. It makes a cup just as good as this one and is wifi-enabled. I now have it kick on to make the exact amount when I give my Echo unit the "Good morning" command. There's also no clock on the display that you have to mess with when there's a power surge, which I like. All the settings can be manual as well if you don't do home networking or are scared of the big bad Internet. Pass this one up and let them go out of business. ... show more

It’s a new level of coffee making machine. I’m non regretful of this investment. Like I have one less thing to worry about preparing when I’m getting ready to go to work. Ohh. And the taste of freshly brewed coffee omg I highly highly highly recommend it.

I bought this because I had the smaller one that quit on me after about a year. Love the idea of a larger one, but it started and stopped in about 5 minutes and that was the end of this.

2nd one in after 15 months. We liked the first one so much we bought another. Arizona is known for its hard water, we cleaned the first one 3 times and then replaced it. The new 2nd coffee maker could have blue lights flashing if we pressed the power button to turn off the coffee maker. This would happen every so often. Wasn't something that happened every single time. When this happened I had to unplug the unit and then plug it back in, reset the clock along with the timer for the coffee maker to come on. Reported this to the coffee makers customer service and they got back to me. I sent them a photo of a code that came up on the LED screen. They wanted me to record this when it happened. Not knowing when it's going to happen this is not something I was willing to do. To me this is unsatisfactory. I'm not going to record every month when I use the coffee maker. ... show more

Grind isn't as fine as I'd like it to be, but the blooming option is really nice. Time is in 24h format, not 12h so if you live in the States or Canada it might take a little getting used to. There is the occasional bean that gets stuck in the center of the grinder, but does not hinder anything. I wish there was a way to take off the top shield over the grinder for better cleaning.
