Love it! You can set a schedule on it to conserve battery/ screen time, like that so it wont overheat for being on 24/7 and doesnt have to be disconnected at bedtime or when away from home. The quality is very clear so if your phone has a good camera youre gonna see a very crisp and clear picture. We bought this as a gift for my mother in law to take home. It is great, very easy to setup. Also has multiple languages which was helpful. We loaded a bunch of photos to a micro SD card, and then started sending photos over the app remotely. Great buy and she is very happy with it.

I like the size of the 10.1 screen! It is very easy to use. The only downfall of it is that it only takes a 32GB SD (normal SD card or a micro with an adapter). The description says it takes a 128GB micro SD card but that is false! It doesn’t recognize it and the online help states 32GB only

Update: My frame is still not working; however, the seller refunded my purchase price. The frame was wonderful while it worked. Easy interface. The seller made good on my issue. Thank you. loved my frame. My rating on picture quality etc is based on how I rated it when it actually worked. I bought it because I had my first grandchild and wanted to display my pictures. All was wonderful for the first 7 months. Now, as you can see in the picture, I have a black screen. It started by continually going offline. Then it stopped recognizing my internet password. It would still work offline but no new pictures could be sent to the frame. Contacted Frameo for customer support but never heard back. Then my frame stopped working. Contacted the seller. Waited 4 days with no response. Contacted again. Tried all the troubleshooting with no luck. Finally heard from seller that the cord could be bad but no offer to send new cord. Just sent back another complaint. I'm very frustrated. This was too expensive to not receive customer support. If I hear back from company, I will update. As of now, I say buyer beware. ... show more
