Update: Seller reached out and offered a full refund for the faulty product. Great. Once agreed. Seller reached back and out told me to return it to Amazon. Not great. Wow. I’m shocked. I received my single din 10-inch unit yesterday and installed it today, and it’s been nothing but trouble since. The product description and photos clearly advertise CarPlay, but that’s completely misleading. The system only offers WiFi screen mirroring, which is not real CarPlay at all. Bluetooth mode is also extremely limited — no navigation, but does stream music like on Amazon music. Overall nothing close to what’s shown or described in the listing. I spent extra time checking and rechecking all my wiring connections, even following the seller’s recommendations, but the same problems remain. The unit shuts off randomly, and when I connected a USB for data, the screen turned solid white and never recovered until I completely powered it down. One plus is the sound quality and output is good and does have a subwoofer output rca jack. But aside from that. When using the illumination wire, the screen goes blank blue every time I turn off my lights — no info, no display, nothing as shown in the photo. When I plug a phone cable the screen shows white and does not work until I turn off the unit After all the effort to get it working right, I’m honestly very disappointed. This unit feels misrepresented, unstable, and poorly built, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable setup.

Works great then will freeze or just shut off and now i just have a 50/50 working/non working screen installed in my van smh i will have to pay somebody to take it out just to send it back to you

The picture quality is really good it just takes a long time loading up when I start the car up and I also have to take the flash drive out everytime to get my videos to work from some reason I don’t understand that at all

It works, gets the job done. The quality matches the price. The resolution of the screen is just OK. Seems fragile. The process of getting CarPlay connected via Bluetooth via the stereo needing the emit a WiFi signal.. that’s a little questionable to me, and unnecessary. Installation was easy, you need to purchase the right DIN harness assembly in addition to this. The size is large.
