The was a major upgrade for our older Chevy Tahoe. It has so many options that we haven’t played around with yet including installing a backup camera. Completely thrilled to have all these options available for such an inexpensive unit. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is for the difficulty we had installing it. The instructions leave a lot to figure out on your own. It was a very time consuming job, though no fault of this unit, just the instructions. It was worth it, though!

This is a great single DIN multimedia radio. The actual housing is very slim. It’s just about 4 inches. This will provide for plenty of wiring behind your dashboard. The screen is awesome and it’s adjustable on both up and down the angle also tilts. It does not twist from side to side, but I didn’t find this to be a problem. The display quality is excellent, it is bright and easy to read with good resolution. Functionally this unit provides so many different features with an Internet connection you’re able to access YouTube and videos. It also has android and CarPlay applications. The CarPlay application works seamlessly and the connectivity was excellent. It can also do a screen mirror. The radio portion is very good a slide that functions as a radio dial. The onscreen buttons work well. There’s one for volume up, volume down, mute return, and main screen. The rest are screen based buttons, which are all laid out and easy to use. This is a great value for the money and a pretty good little stereo. that being said I wouldn’t even call it a car stereo. It’s really a little multimedia station. You can also plug in a USB key which I did not do. The backup auxiliary camera that comes with. This is very good quality and pretty clear and does project lines. well, I didn’t test this on the street and only in the workshop. The resolution was good and I think this would perform well as an intended application on a car if you’re trying to add a back up camera. The wiring is straightforward if you have installed car stereos before, and the wiring is standard. In terms of output, it has one set of RCA’s for right and left and then a single subwoofer channel output. As for 1300 W output, I’m doubting that since it’s such a small unit, however it should probably suffice.

It works, gets the job done. The quality matches the price. The resolution of the screen is just OK. Seems fragile. The process of getting CarPlay connected via Bluetooth via the stereo needing the emit a WiFi signal.. that’s a little questionable to me, and unnecessary. Installation was easy, you need to purchase the right DIN harness assembly in addition to this. The size is large.

I like the 10.1 inch IPS that rotates and tilts about thirty degrees to cut glare, and the standard 178 by 50 millimeter single-din body suits more dashboards. Wireless and wired CarPlay and Android Auto are onboard, and it connects cleanly with a Galaxy S23 for maps and calls. I notice 1080p playback looks consistent on the 1024 by 600 panel and supports YouTube streaming. Steering wheel control learning, voice assistant support, AM FM, Bluetooth phonebook, an external mic, a backup camera, and wired mirror link complete it.

This head unit has a lot to offer: - Wireless Android Auto and it works perfect - Full Crossover - 15 Band EQ - Backup Camera - Decent Sound - Large Screen but if falls completely on the instructions. This head unit isn't even listed in them, the numbers are off on the wires, and some of the number don't even have the related description. I had to go online and figure out how things need to be wired. I have installed over 100 head units and this one without any info was the most time consuming.

This EKAT 10.1" single din car stereo has been a fantastic upgrade for my older truck. The large touchscreen makes it easy to navigate music, GPS, and calls, and I love that it supports both wireless and wired CarPlay and Android Auto. It feels like driving a modern vehicle now, even though my truck is on the older side. Installation wasn’t the simplest for me, but customer service was very responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process. I imagine it’s a lot easier to install in a more modern car. Once set up, everything worked smoothly—the Bluetooth connection is stable, the screen is clear, and the backup camera is a great bonus feature. Pros: – Wireless and wired CarPlay + Android Auto for hands-free use – Large 10.1" screen is bright and adjustable – Clear sound and smooth Bluetooth connection – Comes with backup camera and microphone – Excellent customer service support Cons: – Installation can be trickier for older cars (but doable with support) Bottom line: A powerful and feature-rich stereo that makes an older car feel brand new. With good tech support and a bright, responsive screen, it’s an excellent upgrade for music, GPS, and safe driving.

This is a really nice radio. The 10-inch screen gives you plenty of display space, but since it’s a single-DIN unit, it works perfectly in vehicles that can’t fit the larger full-size stereos. It’s like having a tablet in your dash. It comes with a backup camera and mic, which is a great bonus. The wire harness is included, but just keep in mind you’ll need an adapter and a dash kit specific to your vehicle if you haven’t already converted to aftermarket. The features are solid—YouTube, CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, AM/FM radio, and more. Everything runs smoothly, and the touchscreen is responsive. All in all, for the price, this is a very nice radio with great functionality and a big-screen experience in a compact install.
