The Happystep insoles are the best inserts I have ever had. I am a retired letter carrier so my feet are pretty messed up after walking thousands of miles after 32 years. So glad I found these after reading a review from another letter carrier. I play golf and am able to walk 18 holes with no problems now. The insoles are very nice and good quality but they were a little too thick for my shoe and made them too tight so I am going to return them. They would be perfect if your shoe was a little loose or you have narrow feet.
