I like this straightener better than many others that I have tried because of the floating plates. While this still does occasionally pull at my hair, it pulls at my hair far less than other brands. The pink color is cute, the included clips are good quality, and it includes a glove to help protect you from heat. I like that the base locks for easy storage, and that there is a velcro strip to help keep the cord together. I also like that the temperature can be changed using a button as opposed to a dial. This flat iron is not my favorite. It gets very hot very fast. However, you have to make several passes for them to even get your hair straight. The color is very nice. I like how there is a swivel cord that does turn 360.
