I have super super thick hair so it is really hard to find a good straightener I was very surprised when I found this one on Amazon and purchased it it has worked tremendously well in my hair with my hair being as thick as it is with a normal straightener it takes me about 2 to 3 hours to straighten it with this straightener it takes me about 45 minutes to an hour with hair that goes to my kneecaps and that is super thick

the irons did not heat up enough for my granddaughter's hair even though I bought this specifically for her hair type . It could have been a mistake in the making of this product . I liked it because of the size of the panels but it just didn't work properly.
