I’ve had this carburetor on my car for six months and I go to turn on my car yesterday and the carburetor started gushing fuel out like a sprinkler from the top seal of the carburetor. Very disappointed. This thing is trash. I give it negative 5 stars

First try did not work. Return and replacement was seamless. They do mention that the needle valve may stick from long storage time. I would recommend removing the bowl cover and freeing the float and needle before installing. Did exactly that with the second one and it works like a charm.

I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately after 4 of the same exact carburetors on 2 - 235ci 3.8l. One 1952 one 1957. All 4 leak from float and pour out the carburetor. I've rebuilt them all new rebuild kitss. Cleaned everything checking needle valve and no matter what was done to stop the leaking it still persists once it warms up a little 🤷 ... show more
