The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this purchase at first. Took the risk and finally got it. Package Delivered safely. No scratches or dents considering how heavy it was. I was able to move it upstairs with precautions. I got the 7.6 cu ft. Seems sturdy and it’s a good-looking as well. Inside of the safe is roomy enough for my important valuables and documents. Overall It’s good to have a safe place to keep my belongings. I like the feature having hidden lockbox. I added a magnetic light inside just to make lighten up the inside and help to see stuffs more brightly. Red button was not mentioned on the manual but you may find it behind each of the door edge. Set up wasn’t difficult. Setting up or change passcode is easy. Easy steps to follow if you want to change passcodes. Also, in case you found yourself with a dead battery or emergency manual key was left inside the safe; there is white plastic box where you may put batteries and use it as a backup to insert passcode and access to your safe. The safe is supposed to be Fire and Water proof/resistant, but I hope it never comes to that. However, that’s the point of investing on this thing right? There are holes on the back of the safe where you can secure the safe. I was told there’s one on the bottom as well; secure it to the floor. Mine doesn’t have bottom holes for some reason. But anyways, I liked it so far. customers service was reachable and answered some of my questions. It may not be like your bank vault secure, although it’s perfect for home office or just for personal belongings with budget friendly, good looking and well built. Can’t go wrong with this one. Highly recommended.

This safe has everything that I was looking for it's fireproof it's also waterproof it has three different ways to open it as a fail safe in case you forget your code. There's a key as well as a power pack that attaches remotely in case your battery is die inside. It does come with the night light inside it's bright but you can also add smaller lights inside motion activated for a brighter light. This safe has a lot of space I was pleasantly surprised that the size of it for the price. It's easy to set up the instructions are clear. I would recommend this purchase.

The safe is of good quality. It does not seem to be either fireproof or waterproof, and comes with fireproof document bags. I am guessing that’s what they mean by fireproof. The safe itself is good for storing valuables etc. and will securely keep them locked away. I did have to contact their customer service due to a surface blemish on the safe and customer service was very responsive and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

This is a great larger sturdy safe for the money. I was overall pleased with the purchase. Came packed well and having experience with safes this is a good one. You can open with a key or program the digital pad. There are two shelves and it has plenty of room if you need a larger safe.

I’ll start with this: the safe is sturdy and seems well built. The size is perfect for our needs. Arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. The bag it comes with is fire resistant. The cons: this safe is NOT fire, water, or theft proof!!!! It’s not even resistant to any of those. The mounting holes on the back go directly into the secure safe space and the door has no seal on it to prevent water or heat getting inside. It is falsely advertised as a fire/ water/ theft proof safe. Do with that info what you will.

Well, without trying to drill into the safe or set it on fire, I wont be able to really test those capabilities (smile). However the locking aspects and the sturdiness of the safe, seem to be good. Having three different compartments (Top, Bottom and Hidden) make this versatile for keeping various things locked and ability to share with different family members. This safe is not waterproof however. The Safe doors have a light on the side that stays on for a few seconds after closing the door, and the light can be seen around the door outline , which means water can get in. The safe arrived well packaged, but the door to the hidden safe came broken. I contacted customer service of the Seller and after some request for information (pictures, etc) They promptly sent me a replacement part. Would give 5 stars to their service team. If you need to lock some important items away, this is a good cost effective option.

Happy with the purchase and even more that you can access it with an easy to set combination or with a key, and it also has a battery backup pack if needed. One thing I do suggest is for the manufacturer to include a template for consumers to easily mark and drill holes to mount the safe with the included mounting hardware.
