This is great and my husband loves it! It does help stretch your back, but the downside for me is that the little pokey things hurt my back. My back is pretty sensitive so it hurts and makes it hard for me to relax. It is very durable, both my husband and I are heavy- at our heaviest while using this we were close to 300 pounds and it worked great and didn't collapse like another brand of this we had.

Had hurt my back working and bought this to start stretching it. After just a couple days of use my back felt much better, compared to the first day, my girlfriend had to literally lift me out of bed. I love it, the build quality I’d good, the design is nice, and the functionality is amazing. I’d recommend this to anyone. Get it before your back hurts, I believe this will have your back in the long run. Just ease into each level, don’t over due it and you’ll love it!

I was in PT for walking a little hunched over. The PT was placing this spine deck on my lower back for 3 min. & then moving it a little higher & a third time still a little higher to arch my back so wouldn't bend forward when I walked. He recommended that I buy one to use at least three times a week.
