I didn't expect it to be hard plastic, may have misread on my part. So far is the best badge cover I've come across, and the custom art print is high quality. Only issue I had was trying to figure out how to open it at first, but didn't take long. (It slides out). May buy again if I want a new design to use.

I love how the customization turned out, but the delivery time was longer than scheduled. I understand it takes time to make customized items but what was ordered in advace for a gift ended up arriving about a month later.

Looks AMAZING! The quality for the price is unbelievable. It's a hard plastic. Came with a lanyard. I got the black with white print. Exactly what I needed. Easy to read from a distance. The 2 pieces interlock together with the lanyard keeping them from coming apart. Clear plastic over the ID card. Pros: The product itself is well made with thick plastic. The colors are great and picture quality is perfect. Cons: the lanyard is a very thin ribbon, although I don't plan to use it. The clear plastic that covers the badge is broken, and I won't be able to use it.
