Easy to use. Fairly decent instructions. I finally figured out that in order to open the door initially, one of the emergency keys (in an external pouch fortunately) needs to be used to unbolt it. No mention of a bolted door but "open" code in the instruction manual. Deduct 1 star. Setting a code is super easy once 4 AA batteries (not included) are correctly installed. Customer service is horrible. Electronics (keypad) did not work on my product. The remote charger (battery assist) had a fowl smell upon inserting the battery and started heating up (did not work). Make sure to test out the electronics prior to mounting on a wall. Highly disappointed!

It has three ways to open the lock, Safe Pin set up by your self, physical key, and one more electric box which can connected with power bank. The space inside is very big can hold a lot of stuffs.
