This safe arrived quickly and fully intact and brand new. This is quite small but it holds what I need and for that I am happy. This can be used with either the included key or you can set up a code. In order to use the code for opening the safe, you need to add batteries which were not included. This package includes the safe, instructions, floor carpet, 2 keys and bolts. Standout Features: can be bolted to a wall/floor, 2 keys or code for opening, good amount of capacity, carpet for bottom of safe, good quality, easy to read/understand instructions, the code can be changed quickly and easily if needed or compromised, easy to carry, lightweight for a small safe, easy to transport when necessary, lights inform when battery needs to be replaced. Negatives: It has a small capacity In conclusion, I am very happy with this safe. This serves all of my purposes. This can hold cash, jewelry and other smaller items. I can bolt this to a wall in an area of my home to make it very difficult to break into and it is super easy to hide or put in a place in my home that is hidden where no one will ever see it.

I’d like to leave zero stars. It’s not fire or water proof as it has wholes in the back. There’s even holes in the corners where they couldn’t even put it together correctly. For paying $140 for it definitely didn’t get what we expected. If you’re just looking for a safe to keep people out that’s all this really has going for it. But it is pretty light so they could just pick it up and carry it.

Even when I do so the light will turn green indicating the code is good but once I lock it and try to reopen it with the cold it never works. I really didn't have time to return it so I just kept it and opens it with my key

This is a nice sturdy, albeit small, safe. But I WANTED a small safe to keep some everyday things safe from small wondering hands. It's not meant to be some super safe that's going to stop James Bond or Lex Luther. If I wanted something for people like that I would've bought something for people like that, but realistically, who really needs things like that? MOST people need things like this for the same reasons, to keep small questioning hands from where they shouldn't be. And this does it's job exceedingly well!! Setup was quick and simple. In under 5 minutes, including getting the darn batteries out from the "child proof" packaging, I was up and running and putting my "relevant stuff" in my safe. AND it IS STURDY! Again, if someone is seriously determined they're going to get into any safe or place no matter how big or small. This could readily be tucked under an arm and carried away, again, if I wanted something more substantial I would've bought it, and paid a heck of a lot more. This does the job I wanted it for and it does it EXCEEDINGLY well. If you're looking for something to keep small wondering hands, or snoopy prying eyes away, this will do the job nicely!! I can't give it high enough praise or recommend it any higher! A+++++
