Many years ago I bought a wooded ornimental music box while visiting Germany. I recently found it and noticed it was missing a few Birchwood pieces. The piece of wood I received was of poor quality. It had tear outs on almost every cut edge and was very warped. Unusable for my purpose. It should have been an embarrassment to the company to send this out. Will purchase elsewhere next time.
