Great for hand painted ornaments and really good quality overall I used these wood slices to make custom Christmas ornaments and they came out beautiful. The slices are smooth and sturdy and they take paint very well. The colors stayed vibrant and did not bleed into the wood. The predrilled holes also made it easy to hang them right away. A few slices were slightly uneven in shape. For example, one of mine came out looking a bit like a deformed egg when I painted my TikTok ornament. It actually gave it some character, but it is worth mentioning for anyone who needs perfect circles. Overall, the majority of the slices were consistent and none of them were cracked. The natural bark around the edges looks rustic and really pretty on the tree. I would definitely buy these again for more DIY projects.

I ordered these rounds for a group event we are planning for. The rounds are good quality and the entire package was usable. There were a couple that had tiny hairline cracks but that did not affect the use of the rounds. All of the rounds were used on our laser with good results. Overall, very pleased with the quality and the value. One of the best priced packages.

Decent quality and good price. I used these for hand painted ornaments to give out as solstice/Christmas gifts and so far they’re working out really well! It definitely beats slicing up my own wood and drilling holes myself! The bark does appear to break off in a few places on some of the slices…but I’d expect that from this type of natural product. The size is accurate!

I love these wood slices! I’ve used them for wood burning, with acrylic paint and vinyl and with resin and they work great! The bark on the sides has stayed intact and hasn’t fallen apart after 6 years of having them. They are perfect for rustic ornaments! The surface is smooth and doesn’t need to be sanded.

I originally ordered five 30Ct packages (150 total) of these natural wood slices to use as wedding favors for my daughter's December wedding. I also order personalized 2 inch stickers to place on each slice. The wood slices ere not uniform in size but most of them were still large enough to accommodate the 2 inch stickers . The placement of the predrilled hole also determined if I could successfully place the stickers, and still be able to run the natural jute twine rope ( included) through the hole so they could be hung as ornaments on Christmas trees for our wedding guests. Some of the holes were drilled a bit closer to the center of the wood, which necessitated me to stick the sticker over the rope ( see the picture of the smaller wood slice). But overall, most slices accommodated the stickers and will make beautiful wedding favors. Only three of the wood slices were defective ( see photo). One was cracked, and the other two had the bark coming off of the edges. However, considering that this only occurred on 3 out of 150 wood slices, it was a very low percentage of defective items. I would urge anyone to be sure and order slightly more than is needed just in case. Don't order the exact amount need, due to possible imperfections. The actual wood is beautiful and smooth. I would definitely purchase again. I ended up placing each slice in an organza gift bag along with 2 mints to be given to each wedding guest.

These wood slices are a nice size and sturdy with the exception of the outside bark. The bark kept peeling/falling off. Because of that it made half of the slices unusable for my project.
