The car is a nice car and fast. However upon receipt of the vehicle, customer service reached out to me asking if there were any issues. At that time there were none as this was a christmas gift and it had not been Christmas yet. Once the gift was opened my son noticed the steering was wonky. Thinking it was just the car, drove it and it broke. I reached out to customer service and was told to contact the company in China. They advised they were sending a new chassis and was to arrive by 1/24/25 from China. It did not arrive. I contacted customer service again and no reply. Now here I sit with an expensive pile of junk that cannot be used. Very disappointed. I bought this car as people said the customer service was great when needed and it was a great car. Boy were they wrong!

Given to son as a gift, he loves it. Loved it came with spare parts. Said car was fast and mentioned to follow the direction until you get accustomed to the speed, at 100% power he said he did crash it. But it was good to go, did mention that reverse was not working at all. It just jerked back and forth. Should get 4 1/2 stars but felt it should round up.

My son loves this RC car! Really fast and battery lasts a decent amount of time. Plus it comes with an extra battery to charge while using. Amazing quality for the price. You won’t be disappointed. My 9 year old can drive it, so it’s easy to use too. And it’s very durable.
