We had a total failure where one of our animals pulled the charge cord into the folding mechanism of the recliner. After sparks and smoke arising from the seams, we figured out our power cord had been severed. I ordered these chargers so we could cut out the power cord altogether and live the good standalone life. These worked out great except they don’t come with a charge cord as they expect your chair’s cord to be the the charge cord. Just be aware, you may be scrambling for additional parts…like we were! They charge fast and we have gotten 2-3 weeks of pretty heavy use on a full battery.

I ordered of three these batteries, they worked really well so far. But now, after about 7 months, they are starting to show issues. They discharge faster, and re-charging takes really long time. On last recharge attempt it took about 1.5 days to charge the battery up to a 100%. Can the seller help here?

This battery is really easy to install. Literally plug and play. It also comes with an extension cord/splitter, which I assume is to power both sides of a couch. You have to use the power cord from the chair to charge it but that's not a big deal. I topped up the charge and plugged it right in. There are two sizes of plug on the market and this is the smaller one. There are two prongs one is perpendicular to the other, not parallel like a lamp cord, hopefully that is clear. I'll post an update once we go a few rounds and we see how many ups and downs it has before needing a charge.
