So I believe I ordered the wrong throw plate for this tablesaw. The one I had was metal and it fit perfectly. The one I received was made of plastic and didn’t fit perfectly, but I modified it, which was easy because it was plastic.

    • A good price.... Relatively speaking.
I want to give this a one star review, because it *insert naughty word here* me off that Ryobi makes the throat plate out of plastic, and that it is engineered in such a way as to make it effectively impossible to strengthen personally.... nor is there an upgrade available for purchase. However..... none of that is the fault of the vendor, who sold me THIS one (regardless of what we actually think about it) cheaper than anyone else was selling it for. For THAT, I give them 5 stars. But if anyone out there knows where I can get a replacement made out of metal, please let me know! :) ... show more

This plate is not compatible with the models described. I have a 10 in table saw from Ryobi (model RTS12) and the throat plate does not fit as it should.
