1 Month Review: Now that I've had time to use the unit I have found the following: 1. After plugging in the battery charger to the joystick controller, as the instructions say, the unit would not work. The seller gladly sent replacement joystick and charger, which took about a week to get here. The unit seems to be designed for a smaller person. It was advertised as having a weight capacity of 330 pounds, but the unit itself says the weight capacity is 220 pounds. 2. After less than a month the seat cushion and back rest have separated exposing the frame where the battery is located, leaving no cushion over the battery, which is where the tailbone rests when sitting in the chair. This is very uncomfortable. I am having to find a cushion that will work to make the chair comfortable enough to use. 3. Recently after shutting the unit off, while attempting to get out of the chair, it propelled itself forward, almost causing me to fall. This was while the unit was turned off. Something seems to be wrong with the controller for the second time. 4. The hinge that controls the foot rest frame assembly pivot hits me just below the knee and is rubbing my leg raw, which is extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, it seems to be a quality piece of equipment for a small person, for the price. Next time I'll be buying American made. ... show more

front steering is very bad and not respond, keeps going left and right, trow me off sidewalk. braking system terrible when you stop it keeps going 8 to 10 inches more. hits my legs into kitchen cabinets and fridge door. too low to the floor. junk to me, wish i didn't buy it, It was listed as it could hold 330 lbs. The instructions said weight limit was 220 lbs. It was misleading! i have 180 ls and this almost cannot support me ... show more
