I did a ton of searching for a rebounder that wasn't cheap quality but wasn't going to cost a small fortune before I bought this. The assembly would have gone faster/better if I bothered to pay attention to the instructions. I will admit that it's hard on your hands as you're having to stretch the bungees (1 per side on the hexagon version) as you install them. I did this on the floor and used my feet as leverage against the legs of the trampoline to pull the bungees.

We received our rebounder in March and it was a hit right from the start. Both my husband and I lost weight and felt more energized and have continued to use it 3 to 4 times a week. We had an issue about 2 months in (one of the bungees wore through). We contacted Zupapa directly. They could not have been more helpful. Their response was immediate and courteous. They replaced the bungee immediately. The Customer Service Representative, Heather, could not have been more helpful. Thank you Heather. We continue to recommend this product to all of our friends. Like I said, both of us feel more energized and have lost about 15 pounds each. Really liked dealing with this company - they were top notch.

I have used the rebounder regularly for the past 5 months. It is whisper quiet, so much better than a rebounder with metal springs. Easy to jump for 30 minutes a day. I also rotate the devise every time I use it to prevent inadvertently jumping in one place too long. Ensure directions are followed when assembling since the bungees provide a tight I did experience a break in 2 of the bungee cords, contacted Zupapa and they were great. Lan sent me out a couple of new bungees and I am back jumping again.

My wife and I enjoy using this rebounder. Our legs feel invigorated after just a couple of minutes of bouncing. The handle bars are a nice safety feature and I recommend using them. The device was not easy to assemble. It takes two people, but my wife and I were able to accomplish it without too much difficulty or time.

The media could not be loaded. Really is quiet! Nice, easy bounce to it for both kids and adults! Fits in the living room nicely! Great for kids to jump during the cold days indoors! Easy for mom to squeeze in some quick cardio during a show or for a quick break when working from home.

I purchased this in August 2020 and enjoyed using it every day. If you plan to use this every day, the rope will wear out in 2 months unfortunately. Then, it takes 2 weeks to get the replacement parts. You should keep the clips to reinstall the ropes. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the clips and I am in the downtime even longer... The customer service is great but I don't like this down time. 11/24/2020 The customer service rep, Jenna was great. She sent me the ropes and clips and it is lifetime warranty. I am back to jump. Thank you!

I’m super excited about my new trampoline. It’s better quality than I expected. Assembly was quite easy. (Note: You do get a bit of a workout just connecting those last few cables on the bounce pad!) I just spent 34 minutes bouncing and feel so invigorated. Honestly, it feels less like exercise and more like a return to childhood bouncing on trampolines and playing jump rope. I love it!
