Once put together it was fine. Instructions are close to IKEA where you think what have I got myself in for. But with only 8 parts it wasn’t the worst to figure out. The frame itself is ok, I can tell there’s spots on there that will 100% rust quickly, I took it apart after putting it together and used rust protection on it, bit of a faff but may increase life of this thing.

I wanted a hammock for the back yard to take advantage of the cooler temperatures, however I'm a big guy and was worried that I wouldn't find one that would safely hold my weight. I also don't have trees close enough to actually use for hanging a hammock. So I wanted something very sturdy that could stand on its own and this has been the perfect solution for me. easy to assemble, I had this set up in a few minutes. The hammock also comes with its own carrying bag, so when I have to disassemble it, I have somewhere to store all its pieces and parts. Most important though, I feel safe and secure in this hammock, the material is thick and strong and I don't feel like I'm going to fall when lying in it. The construction of the frame is also very solid. My only complaint is that sometimes the ropes anchoring it to the frame get twisted which causes it to be a little uneven, this is easily fixable though and only takes a few seconds. If you need a hammock that is free-standing, or if you're a, well, a larger person concerned about weight limits, this product may be perfect for you. If you travel a lot or camp and just want something to take along, the ease of assembly may make this product very appealing as well.

It was a little tricky getting it together but once completed the whole family had been enjoying it. Me and my bf can easily snuggle in it (combined weight of about 390 lbs)

The instructions are not clear. I will suggest for the pieces to be labeled by letters or numbers stickers, since this method works very well for me. I’m 61 and I couldn’t put it together on my own, because we had to removed some pieces in order to be able to connect others. One of the long sticks was bent and time consuming trying to fix it. As you see on the pic. All of the strings had to pulled out and put them together; because it was touching the floor. But It looks amazing now. Strong; good material and love the color. AA P.S. I couldn’t send it back, because it was recycle pick up day and you know the rest. 😂😂😂

Very nice color, easy to put together. I had 1 piece that for some reason didn't have a push pin. I contacted the seller and they were great. They sent the exact piece I needed. It was great how responsive they were and fixed my issue. Now I can enjoy a good book in my hammock.
