For the money spot on. I wish I had a matching head board though I may find something. Easy to put together though having a drill with bits helps. Instructions were a bit on the poor side, though you can figure it out, a tape measure does help on bold sizes.

UPDATE: I’ve had this bed for a month and the wheels are already becoming flimsy and bending. Let me start by saying the package came SUPER fast. In fact, My Amazon account still says it was shipped and I’ve had it already for 3 days. So we received it super fast. Also we built using the PDF and it was super easy Now in regards to the product, I’m actually really disappointed. The selling point for buying this bed was its storage. We had gone to IKEA but found it was almost impossible to get a KIng sized bed with storage in stock. It wasn’t available for delivery or pickup and none near us had any beds in size King. So we went to Amazon. The drawers are actually kind of small and they roll completely out of the bed. There isn’t any actual drawer-like system like the ones in IKEA. I would never put intimates or delicates in them because they would literally just attract dust down there. We were stuck filling it with items like toes and belts. The wood panels included to support in the actual bed are incredible flimsy, held together by three plastic pieces. I imagine it will break in a year or so. We actually bought my daughters new bed in IKEA and we’re shocked at how thick and strong her wooden panels are, I wish we would could return the whole thing and get our money back. Yea, it’s nice but not enough to pay $600 for. It took so long to build it that I’m not even sure how we could go about doing it. The boxes were heavy and we had to rip them open. Putting everything back in boxes would be, like I said, almost impossible. But take my loss as advice and find a better deal. ... show more

I love the look of the bed. We purchased it because we needed storage. The drawers are a lot smaller than I anticipated. If they were deeper it would be perfect.

The frame is very sturdy. However, the drawers just sit in the floor and don’t roll straight. The 2 drawers in the foot of the bed run against each other and are difficult to pull out.

I put this together myself and it took me about 4 hours. Not hard, just time consuming. When I was done and put the mattress on it, the bed was about 5 inches wider than the mattress. My son didn't seem to mind and I wasn't going to take it apart and send it back.

Putting together the frame was nerve wracking. I didn't think the holes were lined up with the hardware, but once we figured out to loosen what we had together, it all lined up and fit together. We weren't given enough hardware for one of the drawers, so I still have to find a screw to put the front of the drawer on. My daughter does love sleeping on it. ... show more

Refer to PDF directions, not the paper one in box. The directions in the box are super unclear and vague, but the pdf version goes way more in depth and is what I used to put this together. This is an awesome bed frame and especially so considering the price! Will also mention that two people are needed to put this together well, but technically is possible alone. ... show more
