The media could not be loaded. When I purchased this in October, 2023 there were no reviews so I was a bit nervous. I'm a self proclaimed coffee snob. I prefer lattes & cappuccino without a lot of additives so it's important to pull a good espresso shot. There are a few complaints about not being able to get pressure. You have to tamp the espresso will. They provide a metal tamp in the box that will do the job with a bit of muscle. The steamer works well, it's not as high powered as a commercial grade. The max amount of milk I can steam at one time is 6 oz to get a good latte finish. If you're looking for lots of cappuccino foam you may want to stick to 4 oz. You must clean the steam wand after every use. They provide a cleaning needle, I also run some hot water thru it. You can do this by pressing & holding the steam button. I have used daily since I purchased it & no issues as of 4/17/24 (6 months). I'm saving 6.00 every time I make a latte at home so I'm very happy. I was nervous about the purchase as I'm very picky on the flavor. Very happy with this machine. I have no barista experience & no other espresso machine experience ... show more

Brand new right of of the box, machine doesn’t work, water/coffee comes out cold! Gauge not functioning. Called Amazon, they said call manufacturer. Cannot do, no phone number!! Manufacturer only has an email on instruction booklet, no Phone number!?! I emailed Zstar manufacturer 3 times and NO RESPONSE RECEIVED! DONT BUY THIS MACHINE. I was buying Starbucks everyday whish ya'llknow is expensive. Decided to invest my money on a expresso machine. Love it very easy to use and it's simple. I love lattes taste better then Keurig machines and not too expensive.

This machine stopped working after 5 months of buying it. There is no customer service to contact. Sent a message to their customer service on their website. No response so far. Been about a month. Big waste of money!!!

    • Does not get the pressure it needs for an espresso
No foam at top of cup. It worked the first couple cups and then … no more. I really liked the look and it seems well built if only the pressure would work. The directions say to put 33 pounds of pressure on it when you pack the coffee and that’s not feasible.

Looks nice and looks expensive butttt when you grind the coffee it goes flying everywhere - this coffe maker is not the best - save some more money and buy the better brand

    • The steam gave problems after two days
I been using this machine for two days and the steam wand doesn’t work anymore, amazon is telling me that I need to clean the filter but it’s too soon to have problems like this. UPDATE. I was able to fix it and I’m just expecting this doesn’t happen too often.
