This waist trainer is really comfy as far as waist trainers go. This made me sweat a lot in my middle. It fit really well. I wear a size 8/10 and medium in most clothes and the size medium fit me well. $15 is a great price.

I recently started going to the gym and wanted this to break that extra sweat. I use it for literally every workout imaginable and it stays in place without budging and trust me YOU WILL SWEAT. The size I got fits me perfectly without being too tight and uncomfy. I’m usually a medium in shirts and I’m 4’11 and this covers my whole stomach just fine. I’ve been using it consistently for the past week and a half and I sweat so much more than if I wasn’t wearing one. Just take a towel because you will be drenched in sweat after your workout. I like this belt so much that I actually threw my old worn belt (made by someone else years ago) away. This belt is everything that I wanted and needed to assist me with a great workout. It's long so be prepared for that part and the velcro is strong so it's very easy to adjust the belt to your comfort level and know that the belt will not slip or come open. I wasn’t sure if I was wearing correctly. There was some gaping at the top. My lower abdomen is my area I’m focused on. After a workout I definitely was sweating in that area. I’m not one to sweat a lot and I was in air. It comes with a drawstring bag for storage and easy carrying.
