Supposed to work as plug-n-play but it doesn’t. Downloaded different drivers from the manufacturer and still it doesn’t appear in the list of devices even though when I put a card in, the light changes to green. Just a waist of money.

Separation happened approximately after 2 months of use. No physical damage. No rough usage. I just went to unplug the device and it separated. Great while in use and I recommend it. Easy to use. Ordering another to see if it was me or product development.

Good value. I work with the military and require CAC access. I just bought a new Razer laptop and picked this up as I had a spare USB-C port. Works plug and play, no additional driver required. Just load the DOD Certs and you are ready to go. One thing to look out for is a rare issue where the certificate propagation service gets disabled. If you can't see your cac card, make sure that service is set to automatic and started. ... show more
